Fix for Microsoft Internet Explorer:
1) Locate the Internet Settings dialog. The easiest way to do that is to click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser. Then select Internet Options from the menu that appears, as shown in the diagram below:
2) From the Internet Options dialog, select the Privacy tab, and then click the Advanced button, as shown in the diagram below:
3) From the dialog that appears, make sure both checkboxes are checked, as show in the diagram below:
3) After making sure both checkboxes are checked, click OK twice to close both dialogs, then log in and your problem will be gone. Try logging in again.

2) From the Options dialog, select the Privacy Icon, and then select Remember history, as shown below, if it's not already selected. Selecting this allows you to see the options you need to adjust in the next step:
3) From the Options dialog, Privacy tab, under History, select Accept cookies from sites, as shown in the diagram below:
4) Click OK to close the dialog, and the problem will be gone. Try logging in again.

4) Go to the From the Content Settings dialog, under Cookies, select the top radio button Allow local data to be set (recommended), as shown in the diagram below.
5) Close the dialog and the problem will be gone. Try logging in again
